LADY HEALTHCARE VISITOR
Lady health visitors (LHVs) are female health care providers, trained to provide nursing care, maternal, child health facilities to individuals and training of community workers in urban and rural communities.
LHVs serve the whole community, but they play a particularly important role in maternal and child health in rural and urban slum communities by coordinating efforts with traditional birth attendants and midwives, and by ensuring that all mothers and children receive adequate care.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT & policy for LHV
Following are the requirement & admission policies for admission in Lady Health Hisitors
Duration of Programe: 02 years
- Prospectus and Application form can be obtained against Rs.2000 from Admission cell Admin office and Student Facilitation Centres
- Entry Test
- Short listing of successful candidates
- Interview (along original documents and certificates)
- Submission of medical physical fitness
- Display of final lists
NOTE:
DUE TO COVID-19 ALTERNATIVE SELECTION CRITERIA CAN BE ADOPTED BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES
IN CASE OF NOT DEPOSITING THE ADMISSION FEE IN TIME, THE ADMISSION WILL BE GIVEN TO NEXT CANDIDATE ON THE WAITING LIST
