The curriculum of one year post basic diploma in pediatric & cardiac nursing recognized that progression to the specialization of pediatric and cardiac nursing is a result of increased knowledge sound practice and advanced educational preparation moreover, it addresses the learning needs of the course participant nurses at all levels. A major aim of the course is to bridge the gap between the theory and practice in order to faster the personal as well as professional development of pediatric and cardiac nurses. It also focuses on the empowerment of the nurses by providing solid knowledge based practice.

Following are the requirement & admission policies
Duration of Programe: 02 years
- Prospectus and Application form can be obtained against Rs.2000 from Admission cell Admin office and Student Facilitation Centres
- Entry Test
- Short listing of successful candidates
- Interview (along original documents and certificates)
- Submission of medical physical fitness
- Display of final lists

IN CASE OF NOT DEPOSITING THE ADMISSION FEE IN TIME, THE ADMISSION WILL BE GIVEN TO NEXT CANDIDATE ON THE WAITING LIST
